    Why am I receiving the message, 'Contact Customer Success'?

    This knowledge-base article discusses what steps to take if you receive the error message, 'Contact Customer Success: If you believe you are receiving this message in error, please contact our Customer Success team so that they may resolve the issue.'

    If you are receiving the following error prompt, you likely need to update your version of InspectionXpert 2.0. Please close InspectionXpert completely and reopen it to prompt an automatic update. If you don't have the version displayed below (or greater) please contact our support team at (800) 379-0322 x2.
