We're changing our look to reflect our new brand. Here's some answers to questions you may have.

Starting with InspectionXpert the product will be known as Ideagen Quality Control. This product name change also includes an update to the look and feel so that it matches the Ideagen style and brand.

What are you changing in the product?

Changes to the application include minor user interface changes, such as the logos, color scheme, product name, and company name within the Web and Windows apps.

Why are you changing the name of the product?

We are changing the name of the product to better align with our company's brand identity and make it easier for our customers to recognize our products as being from a trusted provider of regulatory and compliance software.

What will be different about the product's user interface?

Our first round of changes will be immediately noticeable, starting with a refreshed color palette that aligns with the Ideagen brand. The layout and functionality of the application will be largely unchanged, preserving the user experience with which current users are already familiar.

When can I expect the change to be implemented?

The change in brand and interface is expected to occur at the end of June 2023.

Will the changes apply to me if I am an On-Demand customer?

Yes - These changes will impact our users who subscribe to our Windows installed version InspectionXpert On-Demand 2.0

Will my data be affected by the rebrand and style change (Cloud customers)?

No, your data will not be affected by the rebrand and style change. All your existing data will remain intact and accessible in the new user interface.

Will I need to update my existing integrations with the rebrand?

There is no need to worry as all technical links and URLs will continue to work as they do now.
