RAM/ CPU

  32-Bit installation:

• Starting in 2024, 32-bit installations of Ideagen Quality Control Professional (formerly InspectionXpert OnDemand 2.0) will no longer be supported.

  64-Bit installation:

• 4GB RAM minimum, 6GB RAM for better performance
• Pentium Class processor or better, 3.0 GHz minimum
• 320 MB of disk space for installation

OS

• Compatible with Windows 10 or later ( 64 bit only)
• We do NOT support use in Virtual Machines, Terminal Services or in a Citrix environment (desktop virtualization)
• We do NOT support any Apple/Mac OS related issues but we do provide "How To" assistance with our software

• Microsoft Edge
• Google Chrome 
• Mozilla Firefox with Microsoft.NET Framework Assistant add-on installed
• Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.5 or higher
• Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages (Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015)
• Microsoft Excel 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, or Office 365
• Ideagen Quality Control Professional now includes its own spreadsheet creation tool
  • If an unsupported spreadsheet program is on user machine, the application will create a compatible report file to view with your installed program
  • If no spreadsheet software is installed, the application will create the spreadsheet that can be viewed on another machine
