Ideagen Quality Control Essentials EOL FAQ

On April 30th, 2026, our cloud-based application, Ideagen QC Essentials, is scheduled for End of Life. This will NOT impact our desktop application, Ideagen QC Professional. Here's what you need to know:

 

Key Dates: 

  • March 31, 2026 – IQC Essentials will be sunset (no new features or enhancements) 
  • April 30, 2026 – End-of-life date (product fully discontinued) 

What This Means for You: 

IQC Essentials will continue to operate with full support until the End-of-Life date of April 30,2026. After this date, the product will no longer be available. 

Migration Support Available: 

We understand that continuity is important to your quality operations. We recommend transitioning to IQC Professional as soon as possible, which offers expanded functionality and long-term support. To make this transition as smooth as possible, our team can assist you with recreating your existing report templates in IQC Professional and free training.
