The Invalid Serial Number prompt likely means one of the following:
To retrieve your Serial Number, please go to inspectionxpert.com/login where you will enter your User name and Password to access the Download Portal. On the "Licenses" tab, you will be able to find your Serial Number that can be copied & pasted into the Licensing area of the software.
