    Why doesn't the MeasurementXpert cell change colors when entering 'Pass' or 'Fail'?

    How to Set MMXpert Colors for Attribute Measurements

    This article shows you how to associate attribute values, like 'Pass' and 'Fail', to create conditional formatting in the MeasurementXpert cells. Doing this will create green cells for passing or accepted measurements, red for failed, and yellow for marginal.

    Step-by-Step Guide:

    If you are using MeasurementXpert and notice that the ballooned characters reflect a gray box, you need to make a change to your settings. If your InspectionXpert project looks like the screenshot below, please follow the 'Steps to correct':

    Steps to correct:

    • Go to 'Home' tab 
    • Select 'Options'
    • Go to 'Application Options'
    • Select 'MeasurementXpert'
    • Under the 'Non-Variable Measurement Values' field input the following: Pass, Marginal, Fail (see screenshot)

    • Select 'Apply'
    • Select 'OK' (see screenshot for end results)
